Uleska is seeking applications from experienced Java developers to join a team innovating cutting edge cyber security technology. If you're interested in DevOps, CI/CD, Cyber Security, and DevSecOps, this is the role for you.

You will be part of the core development team working on Uleska’s core DevSecOps product, making software security hook into DevOps, and leading the industry with automation, workflow and security statistics. Think making security testing easy to do.

You will be centrally involved in creating, designing and implementing features on the company's cutting-edge cyber security product.

You will be a core member of the main development team, involved in all aspects of the SDLC, working with our Product Owner on numerous, agile driven features.

What’s required?

A self-starter that actively seeks to get stuck in and add value.

Strong programming skills in Java (8+)

Experienced in Test Driven Development (TDD)

Experience integrating with APIs (even poorly documented ones)

Experienced with industry frameworks and libraries (e.g. Spring, Spring Boot)

Experienced with Docker, Kubernetes, cloud and networking.

Experienced with DevOps solutions to deploy your code to production (e.g. Jenkins, Ansible, Helm)

Strong familiarity with Linux for application development

Strong familiarity with SQL (preferably PostgreSQL)

Strong debugging capability, including the ability to reproduce bugs as unit tests

Nice to haves

You have a passion for hacking and knows the tools of the trade.

Experienced in developing in interpreted programming languages (e.g. Python)

Evidence of personal projects or contribution to an open source project
